Content The encouraging fact about these questions is no one need know how the student is doing except the teacher and the student him or herself. The questions are easy to work as the choice of words is given. All the students need to do is click on the space and every time they click another word shows. When they decide which word fits they just moves on to the next space. At the end of the questions they clicks “done” and the correct words are shown in black and the wrong words are in red. They do not have to do them again, except as a paper and pen type exercise. A bar chart of their progress shows them how they are doing when they moves on from the correction. I like this feature because I think weak or reluctant readers get fed up or frustrated when they have to do the exercise again before they can move on. The bar chart is enough of a feedback. It is a good visual way to let them know how they are doing. Most importantly is I think this encourages them to listen more intently to the story to improve their progress chart. The comprehension questions at the end of every chapter are fantastic. They help the understanding of the story, they check the comprehension of the story and they encourage the reluctant reader to listen to the story. I think this is a very good programme. It suits all students. It gives options within a class situation to suit the learning needs of the class. For example sound on for the weak reader, sound off for the good reader, yet all working on the same task. I think the level of satisfaction for the weak/reluctant reader is fantastic. It is also a very useful and interesting way to introduce the classics to students, especially the reluctant or non-reader. There are 2 levels There are the following titles in both levels:
