Summary:

This is primarily a vocabulary builder for beginners in the language, and as such contains repetitive exercises designed to improve and enhance the memory and familiarity of the student with basic vocabulary in a number of key areas. The package includes the possibility for the student to record their own speech and then compare it to that of the programme instructor. This combined with a record keeping feature and revision quiz on each of the themes allows for the students to monitor their own progress.

Whilst it is possible to use this package in a whole class exercise, I feel that students benefit more in small groups or individually, as it ensures that all students are actively engaged at all times. I also believe that it is used to greatest advantage as revision and summation at the end of any given topic. This product if used individually by the student would certainly increase their aural and oral competency.
