We are delighted to present a night of food, fun, music and laughter in the Benbulben Room Radisson SAS Hotel Sligo on Wednesday the 4th of February 2009.On the night we will have a cookery demonstration featuring Joe Shannon Executive Chef Radisson SAS hotel,Ian Flanagan Executive Chef Embassy Rooms Sligo and Ger Reidy Proprietor and Chef Laura's Restaurant Carney .There will be special guests on the night together will a food fair with many local exhibitors.So remember to get your tickets early.They cost €15 and they are available directly from Margaret Regan or Kathryn Branley .The money raised will go towards a new network printer for the school ,a new school library and upgrades to school computers.
