End of year news.
Staffing appeal.

Unfortunately our appeal against the department's decision to suppress a teaching post in our school has been rejected.Regretably Mrs Broaders will not be with us in September.We wish Margaret well in her new post and thank her for her great contribution to the school.

Final days in primary school!

Pictured above are our heartbroken !! sixth class pupils who are bidding us farewell after eight short years here with us in the school.The final days were filled with fun as sixth class organised a brilliant sports day for the other children on Friday the 20th.The farewell mass took place in the school hall on Tuesday night at 7 pm and the pupils put together a fantastic presentation on the whiteboard of their time in Rathcormac featuring many photographs and memories of their school days. We wish them all every success, health and happiness in the years ahead.

Second class .

Well done to second class who very generously donated some of their communion money to a great cause Bothar.The children collected €420 and with that they are able to send a dairy goat and three hives of honey bees to families in need.

Donegal Adventure Centre.

Donegal Adventure Centre was the venue for two of our recent school tours.On Friday the 13th of June sixth class enjoyed the water activities especially the canoeing.The other tour on Wednesday the 18th included children from fourth and fifth classes and you can see what they got up to in the pictures above!!It was an action packed day and everyone returned home exhausted but happy!
