Thank you to all who supported our hospice coffee morning.A cheque for €1180 was presented to John kelly and Kathryn Toner who accepted it on behalf of North-West Hospice.
The school collect 95 shoe boxes for Team Hope Christmas Appeal.these boxes will be shipped overseas and will be distributed to children in need.
Our Christmas Mass with Gifts for the Crib takes place next Wednesday the 14th of December at 11.30am. Children are invited to bring gifts of non perishable food which will be distributed to those in need by St. Vincent de Paul.
The Christmas assembly will take place on Tuesday the 20th of December at 11.30am in the school hall. We would like to thank the Leonard Family for two beautiful Christmas trees and we hope that the children will make decorations out of recyclable materials to decorate the trees.
Thank you to the local tidy towns committee who donated a large sack of daffodils to the school.Each class planted the bulbs around the school grounds so we're looking forward to a colourful spring display.
Our infant classes are going to see Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer in the Glen Centre,Manorhamilton, on Wednesday the 21st of December.We hope they enjoy the show.
The bus will leave the school at 7 am this Sunday the 11th of December to travel to the Hallelujah concert in the RDS.Remember to bring your Santa hat and torch and enjoy the experience!
Rathcormac Parents Association Fund Raiser-Each child in the school has brought home a sample Christmas card together with the information sheet/order form.The cards cost €8 for a pack of 10.Last day for orders is this Thursday the 8th of December.
School closes for the Christmas holidays on Thursday the 22nd at 12.30pm.
