Welcome to the new school year.
2008/2009.

Over the summer the school received a make-over both externally and internally!
The school wall has been refurbished and this should lead to greater security for the children.In addition we have been fortunate to acquire 4 new interactive whiteboards and a set of 16 laptops which will greatly enhance the learning experience for all.We are very grateful for these extra resources.

School assembly.

At the first school assembly of the year Mr O 'Sullivan welcomed all the pupils back to school and introduced the Junior Infant class of 2008. He reminded everyone of the school rules especially regarding road safety,school opening hours,labelling of all personal property and the schools healthy eating policy.
Ms.Denise Gallagher was welcomed to the staff replacing Ms.Coggins in fourth class.The children who were successful in the National Finals of the Community Games were congratulated on their outstanding achievements.The assembly finished with a fantastic rendition of five speckled frogs performed by Junior Infants.Well done.
